lufc5 managed ony an extra 90000k shares this morning for some reason it would not let me buy,my colleage is on phone and cant buy at all?he just said managed just over 7k,im away tonight for 3 weeks and would like to give you my email but dont want to put it on here,have you got an old email you dont realy use i for a contact,sorry my computer skills are rubbish as im always in diffrent places all day

Could be down to stock SW. I can't emphasise enough about hanging on to your individual holdings at this very crucial time in the life of your dav shares. If you even top slice you may very well be bringing an axe down on the rest of your holding.
Treat them as if they were "YOUR OWN" so to speak.

Hi lufc5 its not many but 3 off us here own 100k shares each we have them in nominee acc and have no idea as to vote,2 off us will be buying between 50-100k shares more today,we work full time in public services,manly read lse/iii,i no its not many buy our votes will def going for DA

A good share-price only comes with good holders, and supporting change to the current(greedy) bod.

Let the bb know and I will pick it up and pass it on to DA.

Now onto a serious matter.

I've had an email from David Anthony asking what serious support he has from the likes of you guys on here.

Will posters on here be willing to show their hands?
By that I obviously mean your individual holdings that you are prepared to 'HOLD' and disclose, so I can give him some shareholder feedback and numbers.

Many thanks for your future cooperation.

Ps If any want to be private and not disclose on here, I could give out my email address to those who are serious, but it would obviously be far easier to keep it all here.

I suspect DA & TM should now start to be more vocal about their plans for change.

RNS's over coming sessions will show if they are prepared to back their ideas with hard cash.

Re my post 1625 & the reply from LUFC5 about how to apply for Voting Rights.
I have my shares in a Nominee Account with Hargreaves Lansdown who tell me that if an EGM is called I should ring them & they will vote on my behalf. There may be other holders who are in my position and this information may be of interest.

SW. Imho Kingswood are somehow in cahoots with the current board. I'm more concerned as others are, at the fact that 46% of votes failed to vote.
I've picked up a few more recently as have some others, namely Tony Murtagh.

If DA is of the opinion that his team can turn it around(good track record) and by that I mean into profit within 12 months then I for one will back him to oust the current bod(over 300k saleries)....yeh that's why they're dragging it out and giving 2 fingers up to the owners/shareholders!!!!!!!!!

if they wan't to guarantee displacing the bod they'll have to secure more votes for themselves imho, that means buying in the market or securing the backing of kingswood.

with 1.6m traded so far we're getting on for another 10% so expect holding RNS's shortly unless bod want to delay releasing them as well.
