I know many share prices drop after consol but it is not always the case. If DTC can accompany a consolidation announcement with a healthy set of interims and a set of new lucrative orders then we could see quite the opposite. The most likely scenario is that DTC consol will be associated with good news rather than bad, don't you think. I suspect a few are sat on the sidelines waiting to see if the price drops. It might be too late.

A few buys going in over the last few days at about 0.7.

Best wishes

mikkie - DTC recently invested in their own DVD label in an attempt to generate additional revenues from their own productions. DV8 are not part of DTC's empire, but the advertised DVD has no doubt been produced and distributed by them.
Hope that answers your question. DYOR.

Just watched DV8's 'Cost of living' on channel four, see post 304. A really good production I thought. so are dtc just flogging the dvd or is DV8 now part of the growing empire of Digital Classics ?

Nice to see Hamish Hamilton's name come up as the Producer for 'the Brits 2006'. However, I would assume that we do not retain the rights to the production since it appeared as a 'Brits 2006' production? No mention of Done and Dusted or Digital Classics. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi all, been away skiing (Zermatt). I share the optimisim and see if DTC gets it right the returns could be huge.

On another note things seem to be moving in the mobile TV world which has a lot of synergy with the music video part of the business.

I suppose I am lucky, as I was only introduced (where is he) late in the day, so my averaged price is about .77p, ...but sp's have no memory...and when a share is bumping around it looks expensive at .7, .8p....but a surprisingly little amount of news can take it to 10.5p where it looks cheap, and then each increase being a multiple of the original price. It is a question of getting all these bits to work together, and I'm optimistic.

The EGM should be very interesting and I am sure that we would all value your feedback Grant.
I suspect that the EGM will include a trading update and news on completed productions and those in the pipeline. It has gone very quiet recently re:productions. Pure speculation but I think that recent news may be very encouraging and is being deliberately held back to counteract the effect of the share placing.
I would normally be fairly confident of a temporary dip in the share price following the placing but it will be interesting!

I have spoken to nadia at dtc and she promised to send me a full list of major shareholders when she emails me the list i will post it.
Im still going to the AGM with my proxy but the amount of shares i hold i would think it was all DONE AND DUSTED before hand.

Yes, can only be positive news. I would still like to see a full list of major shareholders.

Still think a consolidation is on the cards whereby price will drop temporarily.

Longterm though, there are few companies in the market that I like better than DTC/DCD (apart from the name though)

For the first time in ages, I have had very little but good things to say about the happenings with this company and I see it becoming a strong company.

GOOD LUCK ALL
