09/2/2006 17:14 | Digital Classics PLC 09 February 2006 Digital Classics PLC ('the Company') Holding in Company The Company received notification on 8 February 2006 that, as at the close of business on 7 February, UBS AG and its subsidiary companies, held an interest in 135,951,570 ordinary shares of 0.1p ('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 10.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. | davidcod

09/2/2006 09:00 | Why buys show as sale more than usual in this stock? | k123
08/2/2006 22:06 | jmill. Yes I reckon you are on the money, perhaps too low. I'd reckon 55-60p myself, but similar logic. But I would see that as the launch for good things and share price gains, so I'd hope that punters wouldn't panic at that stage, as I reckon it would be in the blue for some considerable time after, as basically the company is now undervalued, but where that has not filtered through to either the market or to results. Who knows, they may do a consolidation and offer, like another company, giving a sweetener for existing shareholders, whilst perhaps raising a bit of cash to boot. If they were 50p or even 65p I'd certainly jump in for some, especially as the baggage of DTC still leaves many doubting the company, but not THIS company, but pre DE, where the current deals really have his 'hallmark' on. | investorjon
08/2/2006 20:05 | 50p (1-100) nice rebuying price i reackon | jmillskeel
08/2/2006 16:00 | Barnard, gartmore, and marlborough would have to notify the market if they were selling.Would not be surprised if they were adding,we will see post placing, but my guess is their buying more. The company as done some quality deals of late, and we could be rewarded over the next 8-12 months. | russ505
08/2/2006 13:41 | Yes, but you still can't buy the shares cheaper. I'm sorry but I don't think this share is a dog any more. As I have said previously, I expect some sort of consolidation that will no doubt weaken the share further, but I'd like to know who owns what, and where Barnard's share went without RNS. The only things putting me off buying more are CH and the spread. DTC DVD DCD looks decidedly good value for the evolution that has taken place. | investorjon
08/2/2006 12:15 | Cheers - I will. | jabberstocky
08/2/2006 11:43 | Jabber, You will need to speak with the company secretary. Clearly something isn't right regarding the holdings. Ask for the smoke 'n' mirrors dept. | davidcod
08/2/2006 11:38 | No holding does not equal no future interest. | jabberstocky
08/2/2006 11:36 | If you have no interest in this Co, why do you spend time posting. | dogsbody
08/2/2006 11:36 | albeit not as embarrassing as my record collection. DC still waiting to hear from you re Barnard Marlborough and Gartmore holdings? Did I miss some RNSs or if not why not mentioned in recent RNS re shareholders over 3%? | jabberstocky
08/2/2006 11:27 | It was a dog and still is a dog. Nothing more than a private CD collection. What do you think Codders ? How much have you lost here now ? | garethcoulson
08/2/2006 10:09 | Day after day we see, drip after drip after drip. I refer to the sellers. if you cannot be patient, don`t invest. this was a dog, but IMHO is becoming a good sized Co With potential. If the drips keep selling the price might drop, giving a buying opportunity. | dogsbody
08/2/2006 09:07 | Some news please. | k123
08/2/2006 08:37 | I see this pile of poo is heading towards the wall. Glad i got out ages ago. | garethcoulson
07/2/2006 18:08 | IJ. I'm not too fussed as that 'Bear Alley' side street was enough for me, so I'm not exposed, but only for the time being and I remain interested. Tel call required me thinks. Have you checked out APA's RNS's by any chance? | jabberstocky
07/2/2006 18:00 | Jabber: My thoughts exactly. Seems very strange. | investorjon
07/2/2006 09:56 | DC thanks, but what did I miss. I saw the UBS RNS in December, but the last Barnard RNS (I've seen) was 26 Oct re 124 mill / 14.7% and the last Gartmore was 129 mill, or 15.439%. Are they still holding notifiable interests and if yes why weren't they mentioned in yesterday's RNS? | jabberstocky
07/2/2006 09:47 | Jabber, Seeing as you missed the previous RNS - you can sign up to the below website for FREE. They will e-mail the RNS's as soon as they come out. Well worth a look. | davidcod
