Dart Group PLC, the Leisure Travel and Distribution & Logistics group, announces that Philip Meeson, Executive Chairman of the Company, on 25 July 2018, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 912.16 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Philip Meeson is interested in a total of 55,740,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 37.51% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
