Director/PDMR Dealing

The Company announces that on 7 December 2017, Stephen Heapy, Director of Dart Group plc, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), exercised options over 30,000 ordinary shares which were granted under a deed of grant dated 4 August 2011 at an exercise price of 85.0p per share. Following the exercise, Mr Heapy subsequently sold 12,425 ordinary shares of the resultant 30,000 ordinary shares, solely to fund the income tax, National Insurance liability and administrative fees arising on exercise.

Following these transactions, Mr Heapy holds 185,211 ordinary shares representing 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
