Dart Group plc, the Leisure Travel and Distribution & Logistics Group, announces that Mark Laurence, Non-Executive Director and a PDMR, has today effected a share transaction, the purpose of which was to transfer 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company previously held by his pension scheme into his wife's name for 798.25p per ordinary share. This transaction leaves Mr Laurence's beneficial shareholding unchanged.
