Update on Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights and Capital

Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK / LSE: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) advises that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of the 8,571 new Ordinary Shares issued and allotted per the announcement released on 21 December 2018 to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities. It is expected that dealings will commence on 4 January 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1(R), the Company confirms that as at 31 December 2018, the Company's issued share capital comprises 264,422,398 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure of 264,422,398 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
