Today's RNS looks like a reversal of the deal announced on 6th November 2015. No idea whether this good or bad news.

No surprises. No one is watching o'clock announcement of being booted off AIM next week. They still have not raised the money, and won't now they are unlisted. They still have not produced their annual report and sooner or later Companies House will issue a compulsory strike off notification. FCA will remove their regulated firm status and Rob Terry still can't bail them out as he can't go above 10%.

All entirely predictable stuff. The only question is do you get to write this off as a zero for this year's capital gains or next year's. I suspect it will not officially become a zero until next tax year, but that is probably irrelevant anyway as the sort of people who got trapped here probably never have capital gains to offset with losses like this anyway.

After yesterday's RNS I have mentally written off my holding in this POS. Must have been mental to buy them in the first place!I just don't understand why the two Private Equity funds invested in the Company recently. Makes no sense at all to me!

Wonder what JT gained from buying 10% of this!! Maybe it was a money laundering operation with him dumping in the background when the co announced the placing at a higher level. Won't be the first time that AIM shareholders didn't declare shareholdings.

Think AIM should be closed down!!
