rough cut taking full year loss plus new equity during current last 12 months the company at year end would be close to insolvent and at half year barely solvent with net worth of around 1,5 million,mostly goodwill i suggest an injection of new capital of around 3million is needed at a massive discount of around 90%.clear out of senior management and non earners reductions in admin is needed.no other solution is viable.

Why would anyone want to pay market price for a million quids worth? Very strange, and whilst it is rumour we can only assume it is just that. If this is the case though, it does make the recent share price movements look maybe a little manipulated IMO.

One thing they do, which they do not profess to do for other companies, is to pay themselves completely absurd sums. DAN was always headed to a desperate state of affairs. It's what they do.

From the rns on the 28th Dan has a missing £1 m half bad debts and the other half from lower revenue. The company couldn't publish the annual result as without raising new capital the company can not carry on as a going concern.They obviously were hoping complete the placing by the 30th so not long to wait.The placing could be as low as 1p. Massive dilution in the pipeline.Or it may be taken private.Surely some news by end of October.

Clearly he has been trying to influence people to buy the shares based on his posts that he was inside or had specific information that the shares would rally in the, as he stated, next few weeks. This is of course illegal.
