On 20 September, 2017 the Company announced under RNS number 2846R a compulsory redemption of shares beneficially held by Richard Prosser, a director of the Company. However, the number of shares stated to have been redeemed and Mr Prosser's resultant remaining beneficial holding were incorrectly stated, so this announcement includes the correct numbers and replaces that announcement in its entirety.
