Brilliant, thanks once again mrionionbahjee2.

Could see a solid 10p rise by end of day here based on LWT's market value (at bid price). On a look through basis we are obviously way off where it should be sort of double NAV discounts to consider.

assume a discount and mm's move it up gradually from here. a cursory look at the other holdings, i think enav is 82ish but you are probably correct.

Hi edwardt just calculating the uplift to DIL share price with LWT at todays bid value should add circa £4m to DIL's market cap. But I notice the DIL share price has only managed a few pence ( £1.3m on market cap) so far or have I done something wrong?

Also NAV as LWT I think should now be circa 79p.

yep saw that = one would think that the share price therefore has further to rise. even my maths can work out the theoretical uplift. happy to sit on the few i have for the time being ...

They have returned 38p by the looks of it, just a further 62p left to return then they get to keep 20% of any further returns. Assuming current purchase cost of share less payments received it would amount to a return of 27% in 17 months, fairly good going in my books.

One would expect the summer malaise would have thrown up a bounty of new opportunities for them.

Good find.
