It's all so predictable here. Having a buy and build strategy only works if you can pay for acquisitions with ever increasing share prices, and when you have got third rate brokers that have placed stock historically in weak hands, it's going to be a hard struggle to get any meaningful momentum.

The comments I made over a year ago still ring true.

Thank you johnyee 7 but looking at the trades over the last two days it is pretty clear that some have cut and run and taken small losses, as I expect they did more research and became aware how the MM had walked this up with next to no volume and nothing more than a well worded statement that looked as though it was designed to hide the fact that the company lost money, and I guess still is. Still, your group ramping has so far clearly failed. Better luck next time.

How long before it slumps even further johnny? :-)

Its year ended 31.03.15 Net Cash was £130k and all they like to talk about is Adjusted EBITA profit - not a true profit is it, as well you know.

They could have had £400k in in the bank at 31.03.15 but they might have had to pay out a lot more than that they day after for all we know, and how are they going to cover the continued losses and pay the balance for Q4ExLtd?

LOL - Amazing because they will need a lot more cash just to keep going if they continue to lose money. Not a word about the cash or lack of it that they have at present. At least there were not many that got sucked into the pump and dump it seems.
BEWARE!

Chairman's Statement

I am delighted to report a year of significant progress together with a number of positive changes within the Group.

We have had a strong year of growth with revenue increasing by 66.9%. As a result I am able to report our maiden adjusted EBITDA profit of £411,000 whilst also reducing our statutory bottom line losses to £84,000, down 87.7% on last year's loss of £676,000.

The increase in revenues largely came from the Managed Hosting division where revenues grew 174% in addition to the 22.5% increase in the SME Hosting division.

We also completed two acquisitions during the year, acquiring Evohosting, whose tightly knit team effortlessly integrated with their Daily counterparts and Q4Ex based in Liverpool. The combination of Netplan's highly qualified staff and the very experienced Q4Ex team was of enormous and immediate benefit to both parties.

We are currently working to integrate the Group further and to make best use of the excellent and highly qualified resource our team possess.

Our new CEO Chris Evans has instigated and overseen this change and has made an immediate impact through his energy, work ethic and ideas. I extend my thanks to all our dedicated staff who have worked tirelessly to help put us into, what we believe, is an increasingly strong position to capitalise on future revenue opportunities.

The company are more likely to buy further businesses to provide more critical mass so they have the ability to take the knocks of any lost contracts imo. For now all I see is a pump and dump with this stock.

clocktower....most companies that have got through the last 4 years are strong companies, if they where to do as you say that would have happened a long time ago, they have gained a good reputation and are growing quickly, look at COMS ran before they could walk, think, if COMS had taken it's time and grown organically they would not have dropped from 10p to 0.5p, this is just my opinion, i think this has the hallmarks of a great growth share, i'm not talking years before the share price goes up i'm talking next results.

How many of this type of contract make up their total turnover, what if they lost one or two of these, suddenly the would suffer huge costs of laying off staff I expect, and as I said once before would they be so ready to post a RNS and tell stakeholders of the situation if that occurred?
