28/8/2015 20:39 | tttt I bow to your superior maths! They used to give a 3 monthly interim statement but that has now been suspended. That was quite a good idea as it reassured the investor of business in progress. R. | retsius
28/8/2015 17:42 | £82 - £59 = £23 discount £23/£82 = 28% Shares are priced at a 28% discount to NAV. Reasonable value but the shares have always traded at a discount AGM - it is a family controlled group. They don't promote or hype it so any questions about boosting the share price will be treated with contempt I would of thought. | trytotakeiteasy
28/8/2015 17:41 | Is anyone going to the AGM next Thursday? Perhaps a query about lack lustre share performance could be raised? R. | retsius
28/8/2015 17:39 | As it stands tonight, the stock is priced at a 39% discount to NAV of 82. There must be value here somewhere. R. | retsius
28/8/2015 13:35 | Taken some more here. Quite lucky that it has not bounced as fast as others over the last few days. | tintin82
27/8/2015 11:53 | Low liquidity.. a few sellers and it falls back... rises on strong results... looks like a buying opportunity as far as I can tell... | trytotakeiteasy
27/8/2015 11:53 | I see under "Trades" that the"buys" outnumber "sells" by three to one and yet the price has fallen. Very strange. | retsius
27/8/2015 11:49 | Very disappointing performance over the past two weeks albeit with the general turmoil on the world markets.Seems to be heading south now again despite the market rally. R. | retsius
25/7/2015 10:52 | All the following is IMHO / DYOR Question / thought The Government changed some of the dividend tax rules in the budget. This does not effect me as I use ISA. However I was wondering if this will effect the large shareholders in DJAN and may effect the value and timing of dividends or even the whether they change to a REIT? | dandanactionman
23/7/2015 14:26 | Fly me to the moon. | sirhedgealot
23/7/2015 10:59 | We now have a `Golden Cross` on the DJAN charts;that`s when the 50 day moving average crosses the 200 day average. Maybe someone more enlightened than myself on Charting can elaborate further. Anyway taken as a positive rather than a negative slant on the share performance. R. | retsius
15/7/2015 18:47 | Still at a 22% discount to last published NAV! | henley2
15/7/2015 17:45 | tt82 Yes it looks that way. I followed ST and sold but bought immediately back in post election. Well at least I did something right! Absolutely splendid run over the past week.GLA. | retsius
15/7/2015 16:14 | ST really called this one wrong pre election. I am all in for locking in profits, but at this discount its madness. | tintin82
08/7/2015 11:46 | Business as usual.. | sirhedgealot
08/7/2015 11:35 | 20 per cent increase in NAV, which is excellent Only thing is the comparatively limited dividend growth. Still back to sleep and see what happens in six months time. | nk104
08/7/2015 08:04 | Absolutely superb results, just keeps on delivering! | tintin82
13/6/2015 19:12 | Ret that'll be nice for sure. I came back in a few weeks ago and I still expect to take 65-70 on this by end of year. CM | citymohawk
13/6/2015 19:06 | Hope to see some momentum next week. It's about time.Solid performance on Friday. R. | retsius
09/6/2015 13:23 | I have 9 July pencilled in. | grahamburn
09/6/2015 12:04 | Sorry if this is a basic question. Does anybody have an exact date for results? | dandanactionman
03/6/2015 00:30 | I just had a quick look at MTVW, a tad over priced for me, but as I said only a quick run through the last account. Good luck. | tintin82
02/6/2015 10:54 | I agree tintin82 and retsius. Do you feel the same about Mountview _ I do, and hold both. Chris | chri5 wright
02/6/2015 08:27 | tin tin82 Agree entirely with your views.ST has ceased covering the share in the IC, which is unfortunate , but reasons for selling were largely election worries about proposed Rent controls and the dreaded Mansion Tax. These have receded with the election result. The share price bounced on this news but as you say, nothing much for months for the share price. The basic reason for following the share is still intact and I think you have done the right thing topping up. Any guesses about new NAV ? | retsius |
