Investors Chronicle
Great write up from ST.
Target price £58.00. Must have broken before market closed hence the mark up.

New RNS correcting the dividend and record dates to 14 November and 17 October.

Careless original mistake - which I thought was potentially wrong (or very mean!).

Dan

Understand where you are coming from regarding the divvy.Paid last year on8/11/13.
Exchange rates and operating expenses small beer when taking the phenomenal rise in asset value.
Waiting for ST to give the results his royal seal of approval. That should hopefully give share price a nudge upwards.

All the following is IMHOThis has never been a dividend share but dividend next March , really?Property operating expenses rose faster then incomeAs expected losses due to currency exchangeCould anybody remind me what date last year we got the annual report (with the pictures and more text explaining the company). IMHO this could possibly be more instructive then these numbers.

Down 85p asI write this.
Someone sold 400 shares and that is the only transaction today. The rest are 'AT' trades dribs and drabs.
Why sell before tomorrow's results?
Long and strong.

I don't know why you watch the price day by day. It's not a trading share. Chill-out and hold for years. This is a good company.

Disappointing end to a day where some steam was building up.
The pricing seems often to suddenly swing in the closing minutes of trading for some obscure reason.
We have a price at the close below the Bid and Offer level which is rather strange.Any views guys?

Bought a 100 shares in advance of the results - fingers crossed for a positive share price reaction unlike GNK today.

Made an inquiry and it seems 9/07/14 would seem to be the likely date of results.

Thanks for that information, retsius.

Results are due next week or perhaps the week after (3 July last year, 11 July the year before). Hopefully a formal mention of this will be made, even though it will not strictly be part of those results.

Africa House let to Mischon de Reya.16/06/14.Read from LSE site blog.Entire space to be taken up in Sept. 2015.
You really have to dig to get any info what's going on with the co.

But still very good news and I'm sure will have a very healthy return on the investment.

Yes, nasty session run on the whole sector. The disparity in intrinsic value would seem larger than the threat of rate rises when a NAV appreciation is taken into account. Admittedly the has been some pretty strong stuff said about property by the BOE. Its a kind of fiscal policy/monetary policy where one has to act soon and with force to slow the microeconomic transactions IMO. I still feel its game on for undervalued company's as usual but wouldn't really want to be being too aggressive in physical property.

Nasty reversal in the last few sessions.Any views guys?
Threatened rate rises seem to have battered the whole sector but I wonder how much that will affect Daejan as such.
NAV must have appreciated strongly in the past six months and I am just waiting for Simon T giving us a good write up after [good?] figures.
