D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4t4, "the Group" or "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces today that John Lythall, non-executive director, has notified the Board of his intention to retire with effect from 31 March 2020, the end of the Group's current financial year.

Commenting on these developments, Peter Kear, CEO of D4t4 Solutions, said:

"From the very outset John has been a seminal influence on the development of D4T4. When he retired from executive life in 2016 he continued to provide wise counsel in his non-executive role. On behalf of my main Board colleagues and all stakeholders I thank him for his contribution to the success of the business over many
