This has been sold down almost everyday for around the past month. I've been watching it on level 2. Check the trades history of the share. It just so happens that the bid price has finally given way. Cumulatively, the amount of selling over the past month or so has been quite high. This is not suspicious activity. I'm actually surprised it didn't give way sooner. It's also worth noting that the share price is still within the price range that has been maintained most of this year (check the chart). I expect some news will lead to a breakout. The only question is whether the news will be good and lead to an upwards breakout or bad and lead to a downwards breakout.

Agree with all todays intelligent posts/observations.

I cannot add today, but will Thursday or Friday (funds arriving).

Looked this morning like it was few people selling and lack of news has impacted on the share.

So far nothing to worry about often see small cap shares drop on thin selling volume and lack of news/market update!

Or to look at it another way a net 3,000 shares sold which is less than 0.01% of the total share capital and it drops 5.56%. Ridiculous. When I used to see posts suggesting that the MMs were manipulating share prices I used to treat them with a pinch of salt. Now I'm really not too sure.

Big drop on very little volume too. A piffling amount of 18,000 shares sold, that's about £23ks worth or 0.05% of the total shareholding and it drops 5.56%. There's been 15,000 shares bought too. It makes no sense whatsoever.

The big drop today without any news(at 14:22 bid 125, ask 129). Does anybody know why?

The shares purchased are being held in treasury rather than cancelled, therefore, I would imagine they are to provide for staff incentive scheme/share options.

If we pass and hold 140p without any retreat, looks like we are off to the races.

Looks like the (unfortunate, distressed seller) has cleared some time ago and sensible investors buying/adding by the looks of it, so selling pressure would no doubt be negligible. Perhaps a new tranche of investors are seeing the value here, who knows?

With the uptrend in place, I could only see T+20 traders selling (ones who joined the breakout at 125p), as the educated and those who have researched this gem of a company, surely would scoff at leaving any time soon ?

As a footnote, and perhaps catalyst, the company would not be purchasing 70k (03/16), 85k (06/16) and again yesterday with a view to not getting a return on them..........

Maybe a little suggestive and presumptuous of me (and I do declare a large six figure holding here), but my comment is certainly not without grounds for some agreement ?

Your welcome Adam.I feel someone is stake building in the background here, 25k is small, but positive. The bigger background picture may reveal itself soon?

Adam, I would suggest reading the announcement from the company 27 June this year to get a detailed, albeit now historical, view of the company's performance.....but more importantly, its confidence regarding the next set of numbers.Advice: I wouldn't take too long if you are considering a maiden purchase with the anticipation of (like me and other respected holders) being long here.Enjoy the ride if you do and welcome.

Hello

I've been looking at these over the last few days and not managed to bring myself to invest yet.

I look at the market forecasts for £21m revenue and 8.80 EPS and, given they made about £10m turnover and a bit over 4p EPS in H2 last year, those forecasts don't appear demanding. Then again, in post 75 above, the company actually bothered to reply to someone to say that they weren't planning to issue a trading statement soon....if they were going to, they would have dodged the question.

So perhaps 8.8p is 'right' based on what they see 5.5 months in to the year and this is trading on a mid-teens multiple. Is that fair? 'Big data' and analytics are clearly growth markets however I work in an adjacent sector and haven't come across these guys before. Yet if they are actually well positioned with a decent offering then these could grow for many years and trade at a much higher multiple.

Does anyone on here have a view on the quality of the company and their offering which they could share? I read through the annual report last night and its reads as though it was drafted by a 5 year old, which didn't install much confidence. There was one sentence which went on for 4 lines and included the word 'market' four times!!

Any views appreciated, and apologies for the stream of consciousness!
Thanks

Adam
