Another Director Purchase RNSed today to the tune of £67,500...part payment of salary as shares. JC's total investment in CYAN is £1,073,329 which translates to an average holding share price of 20.4p Chunky solid buy by any measure in CYAN. Mr John Cronin Bought/issued 1,467,391 shares at 4.6p Now holds 5,241,200 shares or about 2.83% of the equity Another strong vote of confidence....why would the Directors be taking equity, if there is a risk of imminent further share dilution ? (Some posters speculating on this and the LSE Board).

Thanks for that. I'm well aware that businesses like this are not the sort of business Paul has a feel for. But it is pointless nonsense for other people to comment that so-and-so has written something and give no clues about the substance.

Hi SBP - hope all well with you. It was only a very short summary of the results with no analysis - basic conclusion is that it's highly risky and needs to be treated as a punt. Speculates that another placing is likely without any analysis of the cash position. As tightfist said, it's not his type of business ......

tightfist - I would like to know actually but I can't see without giving credit card details which I don't want to do. Can you give us a summary please? Best regards SBP

Do you really want to know? After all, it's not his preferred style of business.....

Lucky break that certain managers got their shares issued after the puzzling midday price fall yesterday....

H1 2020 results out and commendable performance given the most of the period was under "lock down". As per RNS, revenues for 8 months so far exceeds the 15 month period revenues (£2.45m) till March 2020. Cash position adequate to meet demands. Particularly worthy IMHO, is the post period 2.5 months to date appears to have possibly generated revenues of about £1m ? Overall trajectory is positive and strong potential for excellent growth in my view. Let's see what the market thinks ! Good luck all :)

Estienne, quite right, it is high risk/high reward. I should have said this is money I can afford to lose (although obviously don't want to!) Best regards SBP

Too risky for me to put pension money in

I've just added significantly to my position here with some pension money. I've been invested in CYAN for probably 5 years. I know the wait is painful, but I believe all the signs are there for a real serious move upwards over the next 2 years. Let's hope I've got it right. Good luck all. Best regards SBP

A hat trick of positive announcements, some strategic appointments and shifts in responsibilities. Looks like CYAN is re-structuring in anticipation of some serious growth(hopefully with the worst of the pandemic behind us). Feels like we are moving up a gear or two....let's see what the market thinks ! Good luck all :)

Yes, Ajoy seems a truly big-hitter. .His CV mentions Adani - am I right in thinking that Adani are instrumental in forming the new SPV investment vehicles for the larger SM roll-out's in India? And were associated with a recent tender opportunity?. Would welcome confirmation from a close follower. Happier times coming? tightfist

Have not posted for some time here. I suppose the fact that the BOD are not looking for any further funding in itself is good news. Hope we are at a stage where the company can be sufficiently funded through the revenues.

I am wondering about another top up here, but as I have already doubled my holding the last few months, caution may be the better part of valour. But an intriguing situation.

Hi MB, revenues? Usually +~50% would be impressive but TBH I haven't looked specifically at Cyan in sufficient depth in the last few weeks and the likely phasing of their revenue build-up. Qualitatively I am looking for explosive growth..... Patience still required. Cheers, tightfist

Hi tightfist ! Based on the RNS any thoughts about H1 20 revenues ? Market seems to love John and Peter digging deep with £400k on an unsecured basis. Let's hope the sentiment is changing :)
