Covid-19 Update

On 31 March 2020, CyanConnode updated the market on its response to threats caused by Covid-19 and measures taken to mitigate its impact. Further steps have been taken to reduce the Company's cost base and the Board continues to reduce and minimise the effects caused by Covid-19.

While all employees in all jurisdictions continue to work successfully from home, the Company has put in place a strict social distancing policy and is following all UK Government guidelines. The Company remains fully operational and due to the quality and flexibility of its staff, the impact resulting from the lockdowns has been minimal.

It does pay well to be foolish, when others are fearful, very fearful.

Yes, all eyes on their cash balance/flow. IMO I would not now discount the possibility of directors' loans to tide them over - after all, they have a lot of skin-in-the-game. And some creative Working Capital arrangements?.It looks as though the initial supply pricing is holding-up too? tightfist

Watch out!

Here comes your PLACING! Company must be running on vapours!

Two years quoted for the contract to be delivered - More funds will be required.

The question is, has the market forgotten CYAN's past form?

AIMO. ADYOR.

Well at some point this business is going to get picked up by someone.....the only question is at what point exactly. Some on the inside might be hoping to wait for cash to run out - but if there are industry buyers (as there could be, given that part of the meters business helps reduce the necessity for human to human contact) then they would be best advised to move sooner rather than later to head off any competition...

I shouldn’t think they will act in any other way than they know best; clueless and inept. They clearly know they have no business value to offer here but the pay and bonuses have been great. Fair play to them. They are worth every penny.

Three months later, over 50% lost and a new closing low. This share is very predictable, look at the chart, over any time frame

I dont, placings and consolidations will continue.

Institutions have no common sense whatsoever, its not their money.
