CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board has opted not to limit the acceptance of the number of shares tendered for purchase in respect of the Company's March 2021 tender.

The number of shares by class tendered by shareholders in the March 2021 tender and the percentage of class shares in issue represented by these tenders as at the March 2021 Tender Record Date, are included below:
