Curtis Banks Group plc ("Curtis Banks" or the "Company") announces that Steve Hart has sold 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Chris Banks, Rupert Curtis, Paul Tarran and Steve Hart (the "Concert Party") are deemed to be acting in concert under the Takeover Code, together they hold 61% of the Company's issued shares. Kristian Morgans has left the Company and therefore is no longer deemed to be acting in concert with the Concert Party.
