08/11/2011 07:45 | Amabo, we like to buy stocks on a pe of under 3 not 15.!! | tara7
08/11/2011 07:25 | Tara you might be right but the 1.25p placing clearly is not going to help people feel good about buying at 3p.. The meeting is to approve the new investing policy and permission to issue shares I cannot however believe Leni would go to the trouble of creating another shell unless he had a target lined up...will they pay for it with 3p 5p or 1.25p shares.. | moreforus
08/11/2011 07:13 | Looking good, old investing policy to use up £40M of tax loses, with new policy to get the company rolling. Fun is about to start. This company is hatching out of its shell.!! | tara7
08/11/2011 07:05 | Solarno and Tara looks like you have a hot date to enjoy each others company... Proposed adoption of investing policy TIDMCSS RNS Number : 6509R CSS Stellar PLC 08 November 2011 8 November 2011 CSS Stellar plc (the "Company") Proposed adoption of investing policy Share issue authority Further to the announcement of 4 November 2011, the Company has convened a general meeting of shareholders to be held at Suite 3B, Princes House, 38 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN at 11.00 a.m. on 23 November 2011 to consider a resolution to change the Company's existing investing policy so as to permit acquisitions in the natural resources sector, both exploration and production, in addition to, as currently permitted, in the leisure, corporate services, consultancy and brand licensing sectors. This will enable the Company to take full advantage of the experience and contacts of its newly appointed directors, David Lenigas and Don Strang. The proposed investing policy is set out in the Appendix below. The Placing as announced on 4 November 2011 will utilise some of the authority to issue shares granted at the Company's last annual general meeting. The Directors therefore believe that, in the context of the Company's proposed investing policy, it is in the best interests of the Company and shareholders that the current available authorities in respect of the issue of new shares should be updated. The authorities being sought (which, if granted, replace the current authorities granted at the Company's last annual general meeting) will enable the Board to take advantage of market conditions, as and when they present themselves, to allow the efficient implementation of the Company's proposed investing policy either by allowing the Company to raise capital through the fresh issue of equity or by the issue of new equity in the Company as consideration for acquisitions in accordance with the Company's proposed investing policy. The circular to shareholders will be available on the Company's website www.cssstellar.com For further information, contact: CSS Stellar plc -------------------- Julian Jakobi Tel: 020 7535 7225 David Lenigas Tel: 020 7440 0640 Donald Strang Tel: 020 7440 0640 -------------------- Northland Capital Partners Limited (Nominated Adviser and Broker) -------------------- Luke Cairns / Edward Hutton Tel: 020 7796 8800 -------------------- | moreforus

07/11/2011 17:17 | I accept all you say but its still only a HUNCH and you do not have any facts to back up your hunch. And this is backed up by the lack of buyers now isn't | solarno lopez
07/11/2011 17:14 | Like I guessed that AGL would go from 12.5p to 90p and posted it as my share of the decade at the time.!! [under 2 years ago] | tara7
07/11/2011 17:12 | Did you go to the last AGM or the previous EGM.? No, you did not.!! I can tell you 100% that the old CSS board have every intention of making it worthwhile for ALL SHAREHOLDERS. So, NO, it is not a guess. | tara7

07/11/2011 11:44 | This is a shell than the old directors want to prduce a payback . It is clear to me that a big deal is going down, and the new boys have just got in at the right price for them. We still have a tiny market cap, BUT NOT FOR LONG. NOTE the MM are out to make a living marking down on buys is an old trick.!! | tara7

07/11/2011 09:55 | intersting psotings from Timely and Real. But what I did find interesting when I did the numbers is that LENIGAS and STRANG bought 6% which equates to 3,238,594 of the total shares in issue, therefore some 22,000,000 of the new shares are in 'friendly' hands which equates to 40.75% | solarno lopez
