Interesting comments and I think there is a bit of truth in both sides. Certainly it is true that Lenigas is out to fill his own pockets but then so is everybody - he just happens to be more open about it than most. On the other side there is Julian Jakobi who is nobody's fool and a hard-nosed businessman. I'm sure the Lenigas offer was not the only one he received and yet he chose to go with it surely knowing Mr Lenigas's history. I think I'll side with the business acumen of Mr Jakobi on this one as he undoubtedly is trying to do his shareholders and ultimately himself the best deal he can.

A sale of 50,000 shares at 2.90p has resulted in the lower price

I tend to agree with you TIMELY and will be interested to hear why TARA expects the price to increase. LENIGAS is not known for doing favours to shareholders other than himself

Tara,

Why is it likely to rise? They will have to issue loads of paper to make purchase which David Lenigas did in spades at Solo Oil. The issue price is bound to be lower than 3p, so I don't get why you think this is going to rise?

No, they have not.!!

But buyers are around, anyone looking to get in under 10p might need to be Quick.!

Looking very good indeed.!!

New directors get in for just about "Free"

Next round of funding at 5, 7, or 10p.??

The old CSS directors will want to make the odd million, and they now have just 16% of the shares.

This tiny shell is about to come good.

At its current market capitalisation CSS is undervalued now David Lenigas is a director. You only have to consider how much a float would costs and you can see why it is undervalued

you cannot buy online at tdw - which is odd for a stock with a placing... no one selling and i imagine those buys were simply an entrance ticket for the new management team...

"Results mean nothing, however we have been told action is about to start, directors are not going to give shares away, are they.??"

Hi....hope you're well....

With little cash (less than 100k) and not enough to stay in business.....then perhaps the dirs. will have no choice but to ´give away shares´, no ?

....in x months it looks like the co. will have 0 cash in which case, if they cant borrow any money, they would have to close up shop

in which case.....surely anyone that is interested in taking over the listing is a strong bargaining position and can get the listing quite cheap....
how much is the listing worth ?, 300k ?

---

If my notes above are right....then I wouldn't want to buy any shares....
