I have been in the digital/creative leadership/consulting business since 1996 – helping all kinds of global businesses develop, implement and evaluate digital comms, e-learning, social media, and employee engagement strategies in both the maturing and emerging sectors of digital. My focus is on customer/user engagement and experience, leaning towards measurement and research as an informer for improvement and direction.

Transforming customer experience often involves internal change, and a lot of my work reflects back into the core of organisations through employee engagement, research, knowledge management and intranet strategy for global multinationals such as Catlin Underwriting, SABmiller breweries and the Open University.

Other programmes have covered social media digital marketing and brand-building campaigns, outreach and widening participation for UK and EU Universities, corporate executive development programmes, social marketing and learning consulting, development of communities of practice, OER, e-commerce development and broadcast/entertainment format development and support. I work across internet, interactive TV, mobile and internal intranet platforms.

Over the years I have worked with clients/partners/employers as diverse as BBC Worldwide, ITV, Open University, Carlton TV, African Virtual University, British Airways, RBS, Disney, NHS, British Medical Journal, Times Educational Supplement, UK DTI, European Space Agency, Oracle Corporation, The Marketing Store International, and British Sky Broadcasting.

Not sure Barry - CSC could move quick - just wish we could get some interest and volume going as it so boring here. Good in some ways Chairman with a large holding but in other ways not so good - i suppose patience is the name of the game.

This could move very fast 50p to £5 if a bid came in or an RTO in less than an hour
someone has just bought 35k shares in fuse 8 . is it buy or sell Max?

Yes indeed Barry - come on CSC go go go - 11 years downtrend is well overdone surely - rerating needed as it is priced for failure which is not the case. Good value at this level

Yes I am Barry - got quite a chunk of them - will add more shortly if I can get them sub 10p. Have a core large certificate holding and then been trading them over the years as well. Got in at 2.75p and sold at 34-36p etc etc - in at 5p and sold at 18p. Nice dividend comes in now and again so in real terms has cost me nothing. Will be a year or two before we see a big lift off expecting £2 next few years when the mining shares takeoff in earnest imv.

Dont think Rob will be here next year anyway- not as CEO of Cscape anyway imv. Still think takeover will happen sooner rather than later and neither Keith or Rob would be the right people to grow the business by takeover. So either a RTO or a takeover are the only real options imv

They have decided that they might , just might pay the new intern,but look at what they want in return. If he/her has those qualifications , i would offer him /her Robs job next year, save all a few bob ,lol

In particular, we are looking for an individual with some experience in online marketing who has foundation knowledge in campaign planning and execution, measurement and ROI. Willing to learn, they will know the basics of how social media supports and extends traditional marketing activities. The right applicant will be developing their experience on select client projects as well as working on projects to develop cScape's own online profile.

Person requirements: We are looking for a motivated and imaginative individual to work within our team. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn on the job and work hard. there is a real possibility of a permanent position at the end of the placement for those who who we take a shine to!

Yes ,you live and learn.You dont want all the small fry if you have a successful formula, just the biggest people ,saves a lot of money in the long term and they ( the larger companies ) will accept larger royalties in exchange for larger areas

It seems Sitecore have changed their strategy last year or so to concentrate on the larger contracts. I read it somewhere not sure where.

Sitecore does look exciting,Dom thinks so ,i will believe him
Sitecore will only have so many partners in the UK so we are i think the second

Sitecore partnership looks interesting - it seems they are definately moving with the bigger boys now - sitecore it seems only doing large contracts now.

Barry - I wouldnt get the job as Intern as Im a bit thick - i was looking undr careers section on Cscape website and couldnt find it - should have known it would be in the news section...lol
