The consolidation that took place last year seems to have been for nothing, except to give Keith more cheap shares and cost cscape accountants fees.

I get the feeling that the markets are on the mend, lets hope so

Fustrating company to work for i imagine Barry- no real sense of direction or continuity of business strategy - i guess that is because Killick is focussed on other things and no really push push push when hes meant to. he needs a good shake imv.

Still got Theresa as contact email in various locations - still got benn robb and richard sedley as employees in Linkedin - Foundation thinking has had no input on the website sinceJuly/August and Cscape.com is slow to load up front page which is very very poor. Nothing worse than contacting a firm only to be told that employee has left - all details should be removed from all the companies websites immediately and appropiate new contact details inserted - is this not basic sensible stuff?

Not enough new business barry to make him buy any shares in the company - he has been on the main board now over 2 years and has not dipped his hand in his pocket - he must be going to get options or else he knows that there is a cheap fundraising on the way. Or else he has more sense and just grabs the pay cheque while the going is good!!
They also seem to be having Fernhart on all their websites - do you still think its going as a business or is it just sloppy with info again?

A positive statement that Rob killick made a few months ago, should bring more business to cScape

Rob Killick, CEO, cScape said, 'Innovations in the Cloud are already transforming how we deliver our services to clients. Office 365 allows us to exploit the real business value of Cloud Computing – both for our own organisation and for our clients. We are very excited about the continued benefits Office 365 will bring us into the future'.

HSBC Bank seem to be a customer now as well - why are we not hearing about these high profile contracts Barry? Surely they are important to a company this size of mkt cap?

Agree with u V but not only am i an optimist but a gambler.
A guy that puts 2 million plus shares in his Pension fund at rock bottom prices at some time will need to come up for air and then the rest of us can see what his intentions are.

The following announcement has been issued to correct an announcement made by the Company on 13 August 2009 (RNS: 3812X) which stated the price of the transfer by Keith Young to his SIPP to be 3.375p per share. The correct price is 3.3p per share. The full text of the announcement with the correct price and the actual date of the transfer is set out below:

cScape has been notified that, on 12 August 2009, Keith Young, a director of the Company, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each to his Self Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of 3.3p each.

They could not get that right first time either!!!
What a company, V&Max,

I'm surprised at how calm you two are on this, if I had a bigger investment here I'd be tearing my hair out.

As it is I'm 91.5% down from where I started and just thanking goodness that I never put in any more.

It's just been a steady continuous downhill slide from the start with periodic consolidations to keep it alive and tradeable. V.

time for a rerating on the shareprice and a decent rise barry - way oversold imv- should be at least £5 a share at the moment - could easily 10 bag from here with a few contract wins announced
