oh dear - maybe do it in stages - raise £500k at 40p and then more at higher prices when the mm's get loaded up with shares.

They need to raise 5 million in my view, i dont know how many shares they can issue.If they issued the same as we already have in issue at 40p we would only raise a tenth of that.

They seem to have a reasonable turnover and client base - not sure what Keiths intentions are, if he even knows himself. But something will have to happen at some point soon either a fundraising or we get taken over. RTO I suppose is still on the cards as well - who knows. Great company to be a shareholder in...LOL

Not really,fuse8 Mk cap 630k Spread is massive, takeover by Bluesky ??? only maybe
Given a choice would prefer at be taken over by a large company like Hasgrove.

With fuse8 delisting 14 Nov they could be prey to Keith but i cannot get my head around the gain of that one,would have been better to shoot Bluesky into it before it delisted as a reverse takeover.With blueskys track record it would be easy to raise funds

13p was the spread yesterday Barry - should see a sale or two going thru today to match yesterday buy - the mm's puh thru a few odd numbers to make it look genuine...lol

Any thoughts on a merger/takeover with Fuse 8?

yes if there is a big seller they should increase online offer volume - they are not doing this so it seems they are just selling short and deliberately bringing the price down with Keiths approval no doubt.

edit 13p spread bid to offer...lol

Options all round, agree with your dombles scenario,Richard was one of my favorite people at cScape, pos too nice and as u say not strongly focused on costs margins etc ,not that was his job at the time .
I notice the MMs quick to put the offer up but very reluctant to put the bid up

Barry...I think they should make Dombles CEO - he seems quite a focused knowledgeable guy. Much smarter guy than Sedley imv.


see the bid price is 50p this am - Keith remains silent so he must be happy enough with price going down. Killick is not buying any just yet but i imagine he will get some in the fundraising you would think. Interesting times.

Went around the Trafford centre in 2001/3 not sure when but made £25k in three Hours on Scoot , bloody good idea at the time . wife only spent £80 so never told her till back in car .

I might try and subscribe to the placing and seek a place on the BOD and take over from Keith as CEO.Change the name of the company to Scoot.con and then the share price will start scooting in the right direction....lol !

Who knows barry - all dogs usually have their day at some point. Its either bust or fundraising as mm's need to cover their short selling so they will need to get their hands on some real shares. So that is why outside finance is needed as per accounts although i imagine keith will top up as well - siting bad time to raise funds etc etc.
