190% up and huge gap between buy and sell - only a half brained toad would be buying at this price..

To be honest, the Pump and Dump brigade have a dismal record so far. Of the recent ones I have seen, none have actually released positive news, and most have issued the RNS that Double6 refers to above - the "no reason for rise" RNS.

Should halve at least when the "no reason for rise" RNS is released. I reckon 4p by next weekend. What d'ya reckon Double6? I assume you're not one of the pump/dumpers.

d6 - It looks that way. I guess there must be an awful lot of newbies in the market with new FTSE highs making regular news lately.

FWIW, I haven't yet seen anyone on iii present any sensible reason to buy this today, so they must just be buying in blind whilst their pump'n'dump group has earned a little following.

The only reason it is rising appears to be the iii pump'n'dump crew all buying together and then filling the BBs with tripe to promote it.

Does anyone understand how much debt this company has?
Does anyone realise what a ludicrous valuation was placed on this at flotation, lining the pockets of directors and their city advisors??

Don't get fooled by the small market cap on this one, there is circa £3.5mln of debt lurking in the accounts, which raises the enterprise value of this company to a much pricier level than is first apparent.

Firstly, it appears that the vendors(or your directors!) acquired Frame1 for only £200k from the receivers.
Crystalband PLC then paid the vendors £3.86mln for it, only a few months later!!
Someone appears to be making a few quid there. Don't you wish you lot could buy the remainder of your company from receivers and sell it to new shareholders for nearly £4mln a few months later!!!

Anyway, a key point here is that £1.6mln of the vendor loan notes have a redemption date of 16th November 2006 and consequently have to paid in just over 9 months. Where is that cash going to come from. Can you find any on the balance sheet, assuming that any of you have actually looked??

Another amazing fact that didn't quite make it to the RNS version, is point 18.1 of the prospectus which notes that of £460k raised in the admission placing, net proceeds would be nil(Yes that was nil Pounds, nought Euros, zero dosh, or however else you want to put it!).
So the city boys are also making an awfully nice turn too......

Great stuff, eh??
How on earth do directors and their city chums keep getting away with it?

Incidentally, isn't replacement windows something of a saturated market, anyhow?

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

RNS will come out - no reason for share price to go up. Then it will plummet

It appears the pumping on iii is going well on this one.

Let's hope they don't get a "we know of no reason for the rise" RNS like on OEM, after yesterday's ludicrous pump.....

The rise looks like madness IMHO as this company has over £3.5mln of debt with £1.6mln of it scheduled for repayment in November.

Where do all this stock's promoters think that money is going to come from??

Please don't tell me from profits, as I might split my sides laughing!

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

mk -I find the best start to the day is a major caffeine rush, fuelled by about 2, or 3 pintpots of strong coffee.

Hope that helps.

P.S. In actual fact, the p'n'd team have tried this one previously, so what I wrote above is mainly a c'n'p from an earlier iii post of mine and a couple of additions from memory, so I did cheat a little!

Looks like this one is the latest to be getting the iii pump'n'dump treatment.

Don't get fooled by the small market cap on this one, there is circa £3.5mln of debt lurking in the accounts, which raises the enterprise value of this company to a much pricier level than is first apparent.

FWIW, I've had a quick scan through the prospectus for CRYB and my general impression is one of a group of individuals doing a very good job of lining their own pockets, at the expense of retail investors.

Firstly, it appears that the vendors(or your directors!) acquired Frame1 for only £200k from the receivers.
Crystalband paid the vendors £3.86mln for it, only a few months later!!
Someone appears to be making a few quid there. Don't you wish you lot could buy the remainder of your company from receivers and sell it back to new shareholders for nearly £4mln a few months later!!!

Anyway, £1.6mln of the vendor loan notes have a redemption date of 16th November 2006 and consequently have to paid in just over 7 months....

Another amazing fact that didn't quite make it to the RNS version, is point 18.1 of the prospectus which notes that of £460k raised in the admission placing, net proceeds would be nil(Yes that was nil Pounds, nought Euros, zero dosh, or however else you want to put it!).
