Further to its announcement of 3 November 2017, Cronin Group (AIM: CRON), the AIM listed company focusing on digitizing chemistry, announces completion of the acquisition of OpenIOLabs and admission of the Initial Consideration Shares to trading on AIM.

As a result, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Cleevely CBE FREng FIET as a non-executive director of Cronin Group with immediate effect.
