No you take NMS at their stated offer price for NMS by phone trade direct from your broker to the MM, They have to sell by phone at NMS at stated offer price.
They don't have to via electronic quotes as can be seen above,they use this to hide what they are doing.

Just tried to buy some more in volume and the MM put the price up 2p and would not sell.
