I think Croda is being hit by the day traders, but if it can break 550 it's going to head up to 600+ before the end of the year. Any other views?

i sold out on 8th may at 506 and havent been back in since which is the first time in some 5 years that i dont have an interest in crda. long term this is probably a good deal but short term i think the price will come under pressure on resumption of trading. all imho dyor.

I seem to have missed the detail and comments on the "suspension" .
can anyone resume them for me -- and is the expectation positive for Croda?

Yep; "... sell on the news." And IMO the enery cost comment may be a coded shot across the bow for less stellar performance in '06. I sold last week at 492 but now have new buy order in at 455 ... 475 looks a good pullback but 450-ish looks to be the s/t base ...

Two contiguous blocks of 200k each sold this afternoon at 462 triggering some other sales but I've used it as my opp to get back in. In again at 455.
