Can't go wrong with this one (as much as that is ever true).

Building and construction materials defended from cheap import through proximity. Roads and buildings and cement always in demand somewhere.

It's a well-managed, no bullsh1t, cash machine. The dollar is a continuing risk, but otherwise the business is excellent.

With the current cut backs in Irish Government spending and the worldwide concerns does anyone have a view on this company at€13.00.
Its a long way back from the €20 where Don Godson sold out,but is it value at these levels?

Dee3,

Not only that but the results just out (yesterday) show increased turnover and profits. I can see why you're confused but it's really quite simple when you realise that the price quoted is in Euros and the calculations that you're looking at think that they're in cents (just as sterling denominated stocks on this website are stated in pennies) . Market capitalisation is in fact nearly 10 billion euros and the pe is in therefore a slightly more humble 15 or so. Incidentally it's correct on the fundamentals page, it's just the quote page that's wrong. If it had been the quote page that was right then not only would the company valuation be ridiculously cheap but you'd have over 100% yield, wouldn't that have been nice?

Does anyone have a developer's helpline email address so that they can be made aware of this anomaly?

Regards,

tom
