the markey clearly thinks so just look at the cahrt over the past 3 year plus

yield of 9% thats a huge danger signal, something has to give so its either a divi cut or the share price will appreciate and reduce that yield i know where my money is on that one.

So yes this is a dog unless of course you think 50% decline in the share price in the last couple of years is not. is not.

thats some in depth reasoned analysis. so a profitable (yes, still) company on e p/e under 6 with a yield of nearly 9% is a dog?

Does look a little overdone but they must have their reasons. Would expect it to recover later. Trading can't be that bad and they are opening divisions out in the regions where house prices and affordability is still very strong. No doubt woodford will by buying at some point.

equity salesman get to make two commissions if they can persuade clients to do a switch as opposed to a simple buy / sell....

Or could just be that 540 price target too high and playing catch-up. Belated analyst downgrades have sometime produced best buying opportunities (but not always!)

Definitely moving against the sector, so company- specific I guess. If not a profit warning coming then maybe someone dumping - Woodford had enough perhaps?

Of course tempted by the dividend as well, lol, covered twice. Ex div 20th September, 11.20p every little helps.

Monty, I'm not sure about these tbh, think something like BDEV or RDW
is 'lower' risk.

Monty, valid, and around Surrey/Se council tax an increasing factor on
on longer term affordability. Council tax increases running at around double earnings.

Stamp duty I reckon dampened the property market over 1 million. No one can even afford to downsize.

Looks like Crest returning to its normal pattern of falling heavier than the other builders

Maybe the first signs of a reverse head and shoulders pattern developing on the chart here. Too early to get carried away but certainly worth watching.

Crest outperforming the sector today? Blue moon or are we finally going to see some mean reversion?

I bought in here yesterday.

Seems like a good long term option. Healthy profits and stable dividend.
