Yes, especially as HOYA group (£30bn valuation) already holds over 3% of CREO.

"...David Woods, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer ('CCO'), with effect from 1 August 2020. David has extensive experience in the med-tech sector and joins the Company in his new full-time executive role based in the USA, having previously been the President and CEO of PENTAX Americas and M&A Director of HOYA Group PENTAX Medical."

The clear advantage of this tech is that you can kill the virus / sterilize objects / people / rooms etc using a plasma mist without actually making contact with them.

And it looks from the video that they have serval product ideas taking shape already...

...It's always quiet here.

But CREO are quietly building a monster company - imo.

"...Creo's Cool Plasma technology has a proven, high efficacy kill of bacteria, and is expected to be highly effective in the inactivation of viruses. 6 log (i.e. 99.9999%) kill has been shown on the most resilient bacteria, including MRSA. E.Coli, K.Pneumoniae and C. difficile. Initial research and third party testing indicates a consistent view that Creo's Cool Plasma would inactivate (kill) the SARS-CoV-2 virus given its performance on relatively 'tougher' bacteria.

End market applications are wide but would be initially focused on COVID-19 urgent needs including virus inactivation (sterilisation) inside the working (instrument) channel of endoscopes, on PPE, hospital equipment (ventilators), personal sanitisation, dentistry and the environmental decontamination including beds, rooms, wards, ambulances and other areas. Creo's Cool Plasma technology is covered by strong IP including patents and the Company has developed a number of prototype working devices and amassed scientific evidence, working with partners including University College Hospital (London) ; University of the West of England (Bristol), National Institute for Health Research, The Griffin Institute at Northwick Park (formerly NPIMR)."

This is very interesting, I'm not sure why they need the 2m loan as they have loads of cash but the product sounds like it can be used in loads of situations.

Creo Medical is cited as a Case Study in the Govts UK R&D Roadmap page 29. And we all know politicians like to back winners.

CREO

MC @2.06p £324.5M

Lossmaking:last time loss of £15.9M

next ann due: 30.9.20 half year

raised 4.12.19 £50M @ 180p a share

Shouldn't touch it with a barge pole, because it has lots of time to revisit 180p and below and there are no compelling reasons to invest at the moment!
