PROMOTION OF "PIPPA" CLARK TO DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Creightons plc (LSE: CRL) ('Creightons" or the "Company") manufacturers of the finest quality personal care, beauty and fragrance products, is pleased to announce the promotion of Philippa ("Pippa") Clark to the position of Joint Deputy Managing Director, along-side Martin Stevens. This is part of the Company's succession planning process, and also in recognition of the significant work Ms Clark has put in over the past three months helping steer the Company's response to Covid-19.
The Company has granted a further 200,000 share options to Ms Clark, a further 100,000 share options to both Mr M Stevens and Mr P Forster and another 600,000 to other employees under the Creightons Plc Share Option Plan 2018, all at an exercise price of 36p, a discount of 19p from the market at the time of grant (the "Grant").
Since January 2009 Ms Clark has been awarded a total of 1,701,818 ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in the Company, Mr Stevens has been awarded a total of 1,481,818 ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in the Company and Mr Forster has been awarded a total of 1,581,818 ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in the Company, all as part of Creighton's policy of including share- and option-based performance-related features in remuneration packages, thereby rewarding directors and managers for the Company's success.
