That's a nonsensical comment. If the share price stays at 36p then management do not benefit at all as they have to pay 36p to receive their shares!This grants upside without giving them out for free, and only rewards if share price is higher than this.

Better than an exercise price of 0p. I think this is reasonable, given the number of shares awarded and that they are only 16p in the money.Pippa needs looking after, I am very pleased she has been promoted and rewarded thus.

Always better if these announcements are made at 7am. 26th August is the date - it reads like COVID is pretty neutral overall, but perhaps folk were expecting it to be a positive?

Sure but anything they're making a decent margin on and increases the utilisation of their facilities has to be a good thing for the top and bottom line :)

I doubled my money and sold half here, so I'm free riding this. I don't see any reason to sell out, even if the valuation has got a little stretched with people being excited about hand sanitisers that may or may not actually made that much difference. This company is ticking along, growing sales and paying a divi. Happy holder.

CRL hand sanitiser is in Lidl at the tills but it’s only 74p ish for a mini bottle, plus Less people are bothering to sanitise their hands on the way in. And half of those that do are probably only pretending

Extensive details of the company's products are also available using website potterandmoore.com which is the general trading name of the company.

The company has six months,till end Sept, to produce its prelim results under current post covid regulation.The company had a boost to trading at the start of lockdown due to demand for hand sanitisers as it is a licensed manufacturer of alcohol based products and has extensive packing & bottling facilities;but I feel it is waiting until it is able to give a balanced view of demand across its range.The writer has been a shareholder for around 12 years;the shareprice has gone up by around 2000%!!!!!

By it, I meant the website. I have looked on the investors site, not only is it a pain to search for, it's pretty poor and clearly hasn't been updated for several years (yes the information on it is updated, but the design and layout are poor. It still gives you a link for downloading a pdf reader ffs - how very 2003).

No events diary, no dividend information, rather a poor show.

So, back to feeling like a mushroom.

Well I searched for it, using a well known search engine, and I checked the creightons.com site. I should point out, that I try to boycott the G search engine's products as much as I can.

Starting to wonder what's going on with this company - no trading update, no announcement of results release date. They were out already this time last year.

No investor relations website I can locate. Whilst the shares have done well, I'm starting to feel like a mushroom here.

carpingtris- you might well be right and it's worth noting that just 20% of stock is available to the public. Good sense tells me that the such volatility is to be expected given sensitivity to volume, however, I don't seem entirely able to silence my more conspiratorial thoughts that tell me we might have seen a little manipulation today. Either which way, I don't imagine the price will be subdued all too long.
