Notice of Resignation of Nomad and Broker

Appointment of Joint Broker

Crawshaw Group Plc, the UK's leading value butcher, announces that Peel Hunt LLP has served notice, which has been mutually agreed by Crawshaw, to terminate its engagement with the Group as its current nominated adviser ("Nomad") and broker. Termination will be effective in 30 days or sooner if the Group appoints a replacement Nomad beforehand.

The Group is aware of its obligations regarding the appointment (and continued appointment) of a Nomad under AIM Rule 1 and is in advanced discussions with a replacement Nomad. Should Crawshaw fail to appoint a replacement Nomad within 30 days, trading in the Group's securities on AIM will be suspended.

Crawshaw is pleased to announce the appointment of WH Ireland Limited as Joint Broker to the Group with immediate effect.
