Block butcher just been informed underwood meats as been talking to landlord regarding Barnsley factory shop hopefully there isn't a pull out clause for the landlord or its another one bites the dust

Playful if i was tom cribbins i would be looking at restructuring his senior management team 6 weeks into ownership and lost one of its major asset's around 220k a year good start to jv new role

i have just been informed ramshaws as just taken ownership of Doncaster French gate which was crawshaws flagship store well done to charlotte and Jason regarding there hard work at Huddersfield which as made this happy well done guys

that's the 4 principles for growth the crawshaws name has been tarnished beyond retrieving hopefully the new owner takes on board

my own personal opinion i feel Jim viggers should have left the business when everyone else was in departure lounge his transformation project for the company was desperation ideas eg online hampers and Blackmore's which regarding P&L is more loss than profit before people comment regarding my statement who actually goes from ceo to managing director if it not just for money definitely not for your career

quality standards should have never been an issue with crawshaws very poor leadership who were paid vast amount's of money and couldn't get the basic's quality and value which in turn put's money in the till

Customers have started to notice the difference in quality , it's going to take a long time to get their confidence and trust back but the way things are shaping up at the moment the future is looking a lot better for both staff and customers

There have been no complaints about meat quality or service this year , since a certain buyer left the company things have definitely improved , long may this continue

Our turkey crown we got from West Brom which was stuffed and covered in smoked streaky bacon was fantastic as was our loin of Pork with crackling
Seems a lot of folk on here have a lot of personal axes to grind

Playful been informed crawshaws has had a very poor trading period over Xmas hopefully jv will be looking at remarketing the brand with online hamper's for everyone also going back to the basic's family butcher family values or maybe completely rebrand as the trusted footfall have walked away

I agree and in a situation like this, especially with her on oxygen and a husband out of work something should be done to help put food on their table for Christmas.
