In a nutshell an agreement to purchase was signed and 2m euro deposit paid to purchase Panda waste. As long as all this can be proved and pre trial discovery has taken place, then I am hopeful for a successful outcome be that a settlement or the purchase of Panda.

trades at huge discount to NAV, Richard Burrows of BAT Chairman, nice increase in land deals done recently, ongoing court case could be worth millions to CRV etc etc

Seems its been picked up by some this week, I've been here years :-)

Was always just a matter of time before this one went up dramatically IMO. Just have to read the recent RNS's.
Don't know what has happened today though to trigger this.

Bought a few today.

The NAV growth here is ridiculous and the huge cash pile is nice.

If this gets on radars regarding how heavily discounted this is to NAV it flies. We will see.

Mr Burrows has been interviewed by The Business Post today, and believe it or not, CRV get a mention. I am off for a lie down.....

"I’m on the board, also, of Carlsberg in Denmark and Rentokil Initial in London, and I’ve also joined the board of Craven House Capital, a small investment bank.

The area of interest, and one of the reasons I accepted the invitation to get involved, is disadvantaged assets in disadvantaged places, to buy them cheap with the expectation that you’re going to make a lot of money out of them. That, in essence, is what Craven House is all about."

I've invested here since 2013. Got my original stake back by trimming my holding 3 times for decent profits & so I'm now effectively in for free, and quite happy to continue holding.

February 3, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Desmond Investments Ltd. (the “Company”;) (TSXV:
DLC) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a change of the Company’s name to
“DLC Holdings Corp.”
The Company also announces that it has elected not to proceed with its previously announced acquisition
of A.P. Vos & Sons (Pty) Limited (“Vos”). The Company will continue to evaluate available options to
complete the acquisition of Vos, and will provide further updates as additional information is available.
In connection with the proposed acquisition, no funds were advanced to Vos or any of its related parties

The Company has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the reinstatement of trading of
