The interim dividend for the 52 weeks ended 27th March 2020, which is payable on 29th January 2021, has been proposed at 18.7p per share, the price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative has been set at 3496.4p. This is the average of the Company's middle market closing price for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex--dividend date of 17 December 2020.
