27 January 2023 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, has been notified that on 26 January 2023, Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, purchased 1,367 ordinary shares off 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,455p per Ordinary share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Neilson holds 3,441,671 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 9.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
