I have also been looking at this since the interims. It looks to be in the early stages of a turnaround & could be a speculative play from a depressed level (being unloved due to its unpleasant historical behaviour). I can see how the story might emerge, but I can't get past the huge levels of payables on the balance sheet. There is no explanation in recent reports where it came from, which I don't like, and it will prevent them becoming FCF positive for several years. Any views? I'll stay out for now.

90% of the stock in three hands, the ride should be lucrative I took an initial small position here after the recent interims. I note that Phoenix have 39% and Schroders have 10% but who is the other large shareholder who would appear to own 41%, according to your above statement ?

new product launches and strong Indian and Asian growth will underpin the recovery. The digital platform will enhance profitability and deal with the cash flow position. This looks like a stock with classic recovery features and with 90% of the stock in three hands, the ride should be lucrative.

This is still overvalued, cash flow terrible, net assets negligable. Arthur

Profits materially higher than H1, new product launches - lets get rid of the Schroders distraction and then crack on with sorting the FCA permissions and new business

Not long before the results. More cost cutting and stable renewals to underpin profitability. Look forward to comments regarding FCA permission and the gateway to new UK business.

added here. Self help and new products will keep the EPS ticking up nicely. This is too cheap - and it appears the directors agree given the buying in December.

2016 will see the continued recovery from CPP paving the way for a return to new business following regulatory approval re VVOP. Recent appointments illustrate the ambition of the newly assembled management team which has clear focus and accountability. The next trading statement should show continued improvement in profitability as a result of more cost control and new business outside of the UK. With the potential to deliver 3p of earnings and self help to underwrite 2016 forecasts, at 5x earnings this looks like a classic recovery stock with renewed passion and motivation to transform the business and get the share price back to higher levels. IMO this looks like a stock for 2016 as well as for 2015!

Well, I don't know how lucky I'll be buying CPP, but I sure had someone looking after me yesterday when I sold TYRU to raise the cash!

Just sold my bloomin' Tyratech after about 2 frustrating years to buy 4852 of these again. I still know a couple of people who work at CPP and I'm told that the latest CEO (Steve Callaghan) looks like he means business, after some of the timewasters that have had a bash at the CPP top job over the last couple of years. There's talk of a new product nearing readiness to be launched, although no word as to what it is, so that might be just hot air. Phoenix Investements surely called it right, putting in £20m at 3p per share less than a year ago. I wish I'd had the courage to follow their convictions back then.

imagine if you could write new business in Identity Fraud Protection policies at the moment - I reckon Talk Talk might be up for a few. Must put the new team at CPP under pressure to reverse VVOP

added here this week. Self help should keep the profitability ticking along nicely for a couple of years - and it remains dirt cheap on a recovery pe.

Don't forget GWMO in the morning. They've been talking about it all weekend, seems like a lot of money will be going there first thing Monday. The email was proof that GWMO is worth many times more, and once news officially breaks, it will multibag. Don't miss out.

Agree EJ , very encouraging results, clearly the worst is now behind them. With the cost controls in place this is by far a better run company. The only direction for the share price is up from now on.
