Shorting from the near 20p that CPP reached a few days ago would have paid off, but a lot of potential shorters are probably like me - fingers burnt here before so looking for a higher selling price than that.

CPP Turkey has been certified by Bureau Veritas and the Turkish Call Centers Association with an EN 15838:2009 Certification. This is an outstanding achievement when considering in recent times only eight reputable Call Centres in Turkey have received this certificate. The certificate was presented to CPP Turkey's Country Manager Selnur Guzel by Turkish Call Centers Association President Metin Tarakçı, who congratulated the company for becoming pioneers in the Turkish Call Centers Industry: "CPP Turkey has been rapidly growing and setting the bar higher for all industry followers, I am proud to see your progress on behalf of the industry".

People don't respond to direct mail anymore, even for great offers. So the fact that people are going to be receiving a letter from CPP may not signify they will react. Many will bin it without reviewing it. Personally I do not think it will hit the levels that will cause issue. Claim rates for PPI weren't that high and the average claim was for thousands, not low hundreds as in this case. Also there won't be any of those annoying adverts, not enough money it it for them... Thats my thoughts. So yes, it will be about value post this for the company

Seems to me that this is all guesswork about whether CPP will have the funds to meet all successful claims. If it doesn't, it is no doubt toast. If it does make it to the next level, it will then be about the value of (and cash flow from) the continuing business as against its debt pile.

Surely it's a rubber-stamp job? There's no possiblity that approval won't be given?

How will the share price react after the High Court outcome on 14 January 2014 at 10.30am if approval is given....

Been doing some number crunching and modeling ...realistacly I'm expecting a trading range of 8to 14 p till the exact numbers of claimants are known. Once this is done the actual liability can be calculated. In the meantime cpp will be working on the redevelopment and recovery plan.

Who knows! But the company has lost clients and contracts and the RNS states significant risks remain especiallu if more than 32% have a successful claim. I wouldn't chase the share but risky shorting too

There's an argument that CPP has only been kept alive for the convenience of the banks, namely for its role in cleaning up its / their mess. Shorters like me were certainly caught out last year but are still skeptical about what value, if any, will be left once that mess has been cleaned up. But once bitten etc. - personally I am reluctant to have another go unless and until the price is ramped up close to the levels that it reached during the Great Bear Squeeze of 2013 (35p+). What do other shorters think?

I'm having a small punt on CPP to make a quick profit. I have done it a couple of times on the previous spikes. I'll buy it in the morning and might sell it on the first spike.

I'm prepared to stick with CPP until the end of the year , long way to go yet . Need a quick buck, try Corals or Paddy power.
