As a late investor, for a short time, in CEY, I wasn't sitting on a loss there either...but I shouldn't let facts interfere with the rubbish from posters like karmastuartra and MAT and all his avatars. Posted at 23/8/2013 11:17 by emigna2002 The High Court has ruled that defamation on internet bulletin boards is akin to slander rather than libel.Mr Justice Eady hearing a case regarding posts on an investors bulletin board (or forum) has said that such comments are not to be taken in the same context as a formal newspaper (etc) article and are more like slander due to the casual or conversational nature of them. |

Posted at 06/8/2013 15:35 by petersmith6 when i hear rumors on bb i take them with pinch of salt..same with brokers...ok..bit more salt.. but when i hear the same rumors from corprate bankers ..i start to listen..when some of the santander and cpp higerarchey are seen chatting over coffee i start to pay attention. im hearing santandaer being mention by the sort if investors who play with billions so i think its worth a dable. |
Posted at 06/8/2013 11:07 by tpinvest Does today's moves break some kind of record????Can't be often, if at all, a share features as the biggest percentage riser in the day and then plunges to become the biggest percentage faller. This as been an accident waiting to happen for quite few days. I pity the investors who are not sitting at the screen all day who will have a nasty shock when they get home from work!!! Assuming of course it doesn't rise to the top of the risers board again!!! |
