Just looking in on some eye catching news on a pretty ordinary start to the week. You'd have thought the panel would have asked CWD to comment on the rise in the share price today.

Surely they'd comment sometime this afternoon (at the latest) or this will be another ugly case of deceit in luring punters in to allow some larger sellers out of their positions i.e. PUMP AND DUMP.

This stock is a dog. It carries an uncomfortable amount of debt and the fundamentals aren't appealing.

All in all, only punt what you can afford to lose here and don't be holding the dog if there is no confirmation of the rumour and the stock does eventually crash back down.

All imo

"Sources said an offer would have to be pitched at above 10p – the price offered last year when the firm raised £129 million from institutional investors to reduce its debts."

Pete - agreed, not forgotten the debt, but even with that thrown in and a share price of 10p+, it’s decent value for the no.1 position in the market. That assumes most of the heavy lifting has been done to take out costs and get the basics right within the business!
