Following completion of Oaktree's sale of 67,500,000 ordinary shares in Countryside Properties PLC at a price of 340 pence per share ("the Sale"), the Company advises that Oaktree's representative, Federico Canciani (a non-executive director) is stepping down from the board of directors, with his last day of service being 5 December 2017.
The Board would like to thank Federico for his significant contribution to Countryside since his appointment in April 2013. Oaktree has been a great sponsor for the business and following Countryside's return to the public market, Federico steps down from the Board with the business in a strong position, both operationally and financially.
