I have had a look at the original prospectus and I am puzzled by what they mean as non core assets?
There has to be a refinancing but if the American vultures come in they will try to price it at a lower price than the current one.
There is just a huge amount of "goodwill" to be written off ($18m) and there is no armortisation in the Balance Sheet. So that's another wedge the financiers could use.
Wages and staff are too high but that is typical in the USA. So its not a lean and mean machine. Can the new CEO pull this off?
Wine stocks are high and they have the 2006 vintage in cask so another load of finance is required and so it goes on after overspending on new wineries, planting and so forth.
On the plus side it has a growing members club and this should help over the coming months to help the cash flow..............there is nothing else to come in except sales of wine.
I still want to buy a few more shares as I think this is now undervalued but the moral of the story is that no British ivestors have ever done well by investing in PURE wine shares.

Is there some scope for a bounce here ?

- Re-financing (hopefully) should come at a better rate.

- Raising $10m selling off non-core assets to decrease debt.

Any thoughts ?

Agreed.

Looking at the high-risk wine microcap sub-sector, Palandri is appealing (though not enough to lure me to buy yet), Cosentini is appalling.
