Coro Energy plc, the pan Euro-Asian gas explorer, announces that James Menzies, Chief Executive Officer of Coro Energy, has today purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 3.175p. James Menzies' shareholding in the Company amounts to 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equal to 0.14per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also wishes to announce, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the following information as at 31 May 2018:
