DDoS attacks are escalating at an alarming rate.

Threatening every aspect of modern life. Finance, communications, infrastructure etc etc.

CNS has the best solutions...

"Winner of multiple awards"

"Earned top position and coveted "Recommended" rating in NSS Labs DDoS product test"

"Best Network Security Solution" (2016 Cyber Defense Magazine InfoSec Awards)

News of any of these strategic partnerships will transform this company...

"...We are also optimistic of securing strategic partnerships with some of the largest ecosystem players in the networking, security and cloud markets."

Massive - only by CNS standards, but it's not a heavily traded / liquid stock, so doesn't take much to move it - in either direction, and not always easy to trade quickly.

None the less I bought more today @ 10.5
edit: and at 12

Best wishes - Mike

Well, let's see if in a couple of months time you'll be asking "why the big rise. .."

That seems to be a profound and philosophical statement - can you please elaborate a trifle more ?

Minister of State for Digital and Culture addresses the Annual Parliament and Internet Conference

...alongside infrastructure and skills, once people are online, they need to feel safe. And yet one in four UK businesses reported a cyber breach or attack in the past year. These attacks filter down to their customers who in turn can be vulnerable to identity theft or fraud. So we have made cyber security a top priority and are investing £1.9 billion to protect the UK online.

In physical property insurance then premiums go shooting-up if you do not have suitable locks, burglar alarm etc. I presume that indemnity insurance premiums for company IT security issues are based on precautionary issues. I can foresee companies being refused suitable insurance if they don't have suitable precautions in place - and loan conditions that include clauses that they have approved cyber-security arrangements in place. In one way the future is frightening - the sooner some of the bean counters in companies 'wake-up' and realize that saving money by not going the full mile with cyber security precautions is a totally false economy the better - but hey, they're accountants, so it might need a mega event to force them to use common sense .....

With the bid just a 1/4p off of 10p then I hope that will soon be back in to double figures - and we'll not see single figure share price again ....

I still very surprised of how some companies and organizations are so lapse or unconcerned about their internet security arrangements. I can't help feeling that there is a massive cyber security 'accident waiting to happen' takes place before too long - except it won't be an accident. We have reached the point were a focused successful attack on a company could effectively bankrupt it - yet some companies begrudge paying the going rate to get good IT security guys / girls in ....

It isn't only with IT security measures either - it is basic IT infrastructure they begrudge spending suitable sums on - look at consequences of that:
Delta Air Lines says the total bill for its devastating computer outage will come to $150 million.

The size of DDoS attacks has reached unprecedented levels in recent months, partially because of large numbers of compromised internet-of-things devices.

.... If the botnets responsible for these attacks would have used LDAP for reflection and amplification, the attacks could have very easily surpassed tens of Tbps, a scenario that Corero sees possible in the near future.

Corero Network Security , a security solutions provider against DDoS attacks, has disclosed a significant new zero-day DDoS attack vector observed for the first time against its customers last week.  The new technique is an amplification attack, which utilizes the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP): one of the most widely used protocols for accessing username and password information in databases like Active Directory, which is integrated in most online servers

Indeed . Some things come in 3's.So I hope for a third RNS this month about contract wins for SmartWall TDS to prove its market leading capabilities in automatic, in-line, real time DDoS protection. Or at least sometime soonish ...

Well it was almost a year ago then Daily Mail had an article on four firms due to benefit from countering cyber attacks:

hxxp://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-3317807/INVESTMENT-EXTRA-new-stars-cyber-frontline-masters-dark-arts-following-Talk-Talk-hack.html

Three of the four seem to be at a lower price than a year ago. The only one at a higher price had a restructuring and name change. From the article CNS were 13.88p then. Now they are 10.25p offer although they did peak at 30p in the intervening period. Now that things have settled down then CNS look a good prospect given that some SmartWall is picking-up some orders. Let us see that the future brings. Omwards and upwards again I hope.

Millions of Indian debit cards 'compromised' in security breach

All Indian Banks have cyber security protocols comparable to their international peers says Mohit Bahl, Head, Forensic Services at KPMG India.

"But they are not as robust in constantly monitoring and updating their security measures. This breach could have happened in anywhere in the world. Banking and financial services sector is particularly vulnerable.''

Indeed . It does look like the next war is likely to start (and perhaps also)finish in cyberspace. If 'minor' attacks like yesterdays make headlines then just think what effect coordinated concerted major attacks would have - I hate to think
