Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited, (the "Company", "CORD"), an investor in the core digital infrastructure that enables modern communications and the internet, announces that it will be publishing its interim results for the period ended 30 September 2022 on 29 November 2022.

The Company listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker "CORD" in February 2021. The Initial Public Offering was upscaled to GBP370m. Since listing, in total the Company has successfully raised c.GBP800m in equity, deploying or committing most of the proceeds into three acquisitions (June 2022). In June 2022, the Company signed a EUR200 million Eurobond facility, providing fresh committed capital to finance new acquisitions.

The three acquisitions include CRA, a leading independent digital infrastructure platform in the Czech Republic, Hudson Interxchange, a strategic interconnect datacentre located in New York, and Emitel, a multi-asset digital infrastructure platform, based in Poland. These assets offer stable, often index linked income, and the opportunity for growth, in-line with the Company's Buy, Build & Grow strategy.
