Posted at 28/11/2024 13:41 by helpfull All the big name investors are here, now.Jumping on the band wagon. Torreaguas, Richie Rich, Len Igas, the wibble boy. I sense fireworks. Be careful. |
Posted at 14/9/2024 09:08 by helpfull Had a few naughty nibbles yesterday. There are a lot of knowledgeable HNW investors on here who cannot be wrong all the time. And even if they are they only need to strike lucky once to be correct. And it's no fun being correct all the time. Be careful. |
Posted at 21/8/2024 08:21 by helpfull I hope and pray the reverse Brazilian manoeuvre (is that sort of thing still legal?) doesn't happen until my averaging down procedure is complete.I have released some assets from a previous failed investment and when funds come through I will be putting a sizeable tranche in here. These shares continually fall and are a Godsend to the professional average downer. Good to have top notch investors like rmart and Torreaguas on board. Be careful. |
Posted at 19/8/2024 16:39 by steveberyl The Aramco IPO was a complete Disaster. Now I believe the Saudi`s have decided to go for an existing listing. There are currently 200 billion Shares in Aramco, I was always sceptical as to how you would shift those in an IPO, at a fair value to, in this case, SAUDI`s. Since the IPO Debacle Aramco have gone very quiet, obviously looking for PLAN B. 1.5% of Aramco has been sold via private enterprise, what about the rest.Saudi Aramco is a tough sell on Open Market, is shunned by many investors but the Dollar valuation is $1.965 Trillion making it Biggest Company outside USA. What comes next? Very Quietly buy an existing Company, fund an Acquisition Strategy, within that company after buying a controlling interest, then reverse ARAMCO into that company, in various stages alongside BILLION DOLLAR PLACINGS. Who might that Company be??? We must wait on the principles announcing A DEAL. |
Posted at 24/4/2024 14:55 by helpfull The "astute investors" are well known industry professionals who have steered multinational corporations to great financial success.Honoured to have them onboard. I see great things here. Like the rise in the number of company share to over 2 billion from 73 million, whilst at the same time reducing the share price tenfold. A great thank you to Parsons, Scottie, Lord Snotty and now custard Karem. Be careful. |

Posted at 17/1/2024 19:33 by helpfull "Ironveld says that Align Research operates by selling a promotional research product to smaller companies, taking a shareholding as part of his research compensation and then typically offering other ‘funding services’ to those companies.""When those services are declined, he becomes aggressive and agitates to remove the executives, they say" "Clarke said: “The Directors of Ironveld genuinely feel that they have been subjected to coercion, threats and bullying by Mr Jennings over many months" ["Jennings said in response: “This is nothing less than I expected from Mr Clarke. I will be making a fulsome and robust response, correcting the untruths and scurrilous comments.”] "Small firms struggle to get broker coverage, which in turn makes it hard for them to raise cash from investors. That leaves them at risk from firms such as Align he says, to whom Ironveld has paid tens of thousands of pounds for research" "“Richard Jennings has put to the Board a number of funding proposals in recent months which have been considered and rejected out of hand by all Directors. It is the Board’s view that these proposals, which include expensive debt and highly dilutive warrants would suit Mr Jennings very well, but would be to the detriment of the Company’s shareholders and the Company itself" How did it all turn out? Be careful. |
Posted at 16/1/2024 19:36 by dead duck resources It was long believed legacy investors needed a price of 2p to go from 99.99% to 99.98%but that fails to consider rounding. At 1.51p, IPO backers hit the promised land of -99.9849% and may round down our return (note it is not a loss unless we sell) to -99.98%. What a time to be a legacy investor. |
