Huge improvement; a lot of hard work and investment is paying off. There is still work to be done but the turnaround is impressive.

Bank of New York is nominee for a number of holders.

Still those 100k sells roll out - you maybe right Aleman about who is selling.

"G P 3030 A member firm may elect to use the deferred publication facility:

3030.1 in a share, depository receipt, exchange traded fund, certificate or other similar financial
instrument where the trade is between a member firm dealing as principal on its own
account and a counterparty or customer;

3030.2 in a bond, structured finance product or securitised derivative provided one of the following
conditions is satisfied:
(a) the trade is large in scale as reflected in the parameters;
(b) the trade is in a financial instrument or a class of financial instruments for which there is
not a liquid market; or
(c) the trade is between a member firm dealing as principal on its own account and its
counterparty or customer and one or more components to the trade are in financial
instruments that are above the size specific to the instrument. "

I have no idea.

I hope it is not Bank of New York. They had 14m at last count. It would be unusual for a foreign institution to stick with a UK small cap once the market cap dropped below £10m. Can anybody hazard a guess at what total of 100k sales have gone through?

Aleman - Do you know the time limits or are there none? I have looked at deferred publication but either I missed it or it is not clear.

I believe a large "worked" order does not have to be reported until it is completed so long as it went to the broker as a single instruction.

Agreed charo but what is odd is that since April there has been no RNS reporting a change in major holdings - and the one in April was an increase if I recall correctly - since then there have been a very large number of 100k sells that has kept the share price in a narrow margin.

Is someone not reporting what they are obliged too, and if so, as usual no steps are taken by the regulators to punish such actions. There must have been more than a drop of 1% over the past six months - there are only around 82 million shares in total.

The mRket makers must be aware of major overhang, every time demand pop goes another 100k.Still JG been around knows score and price only important when a deal in sight or he wants to sell.
Interims very close.

Again, the really good news has had no impact - given the dividend it is surprising that the share price remains glued as low as it is.

Well the buyers have not fallen for the MM jumping the bid/offer without many trades so far. Carry-on like this and the offer will be back to 11p

It sounds increasingly likely that we will get bumper results in 2019 - but you wouldn't guess it from the share price!

Icing on the cake for Christmas - This clearly is now so undervalued but has the seller that has been dumping 100k lots into the market yet finished?

Next year should see the really big jump in the share price imo.

Thx, anyone has got an emailadress of the company of some way of contacting them? I have been surprised in the past with a number of small companies who actually respond to a small shareholder asking questions.
The way this is starting to look, this is going to be a story i want to be involved in for quite some time to come. The complete transformation, the start of another transformation into recycling, ...

It wasn't discussed during the the formal meeting or questions afterwards and I had to leave as they started the "mingle". It's a good point. It would seem a good time for share buy-backs when you look at the DS forecast. Having said that, most companies don't buy back at the best times and often do at the worst - possibly influenced by setting base parameters for remuneration packages?

May I add my thanks Aleman for your posting. If the overhang is nearing its end it could start to make its climb again, backed by more director buying.

Hi Aleman,

thx for the update. wasn't able to go to the agm. have one question, was a share buyback discussed? it was approved on the agm up to 12 million shares i think, but have they mentionned they would actually start it?

saw the 2 rns this morning with the director's buys, always a good sign, but clearly as you and another poster stated, there is a share overhang. presumably management knows where it comes from and at these prices i would rather have had the share buyback than the dividend.

still holding off on buying more, despite i'm convinced they are doing everything as right as possible these last year and a half.

Still a bit of buying going on yet the share price continues to hang around 10p. There must be a seller offloading in the background. I look forward to the oddly large sell appearing which indicates the last lot gone. The shares can then double overnight, he says with just hint of optimism.

Prompted by questions, MW spoke for some time, as well. He seems to be firmly of the opinion that standing still is going backwards and his aim is to sell 20% of new product each year to push the business forward.

Because EBITDA is expected to jump this year, the board has no worries about the debt/EBITDA level of around 2 and expect to continue to invest in development, equipment and maybe acquisitions to adapt to changing markets and grow the business. The belief was that CRU are now doing better and their size makes them more nimble to develop product and respond to market changes, Brexit, recession, whatever when compared to a some larger competitors. On questioning, only a small quantity of the company's products were considered to be vulnerable to recessionary downturn, as food packaging, totes and bins are ongoing necessities. It was thought Brexit might actually increase demand for some products if UK customers seek more UK supply. They were comfortable with oil at $80 and seemed to think they had some flexibility in supply and passing on of costs, through terms of contracts. Recycling would help with input costs in future, though it might be some time before the new kit reached capacity because it was big and it sounded like it might take them a little while to learn how much of which types of product will come back and how they needed cleaning before granulating and remelting. It sounded like cost savings could eventually be significant but it seems the market for totes and bins, amongst other things, is crying out for recycling of delapidated items now, which is making it a useful marketing tool for CRU and its customers.

Have watched for a while and opened a small position after the strong AGM statement. Appreciate the AGM feedback too.
